These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by FastLane Couriers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our courier services, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
FastLane Couriers provides local, nationwide, and international courier and delivery services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse any delivery at our discretion.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including:
FastLane Couriers will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items comply with Irish and international transport laws.
All items must be securely packaged and suitable for transport. FastLane Couriers is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate or insufficient packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse collection if packaging is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Delivery times provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery times, FastLane Couriers cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
FastLane Couriers’ liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the delivery charge paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to collection.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or business interruption.
Customers are advised to arrange their own insurance for high-value items.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to request payment in advance.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All prices quoted exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for:

Cancellations must be made as early as possible. If a courier has already been dispatched or collection has occurred, cancellation fees may apply.
Any complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints received after this period may not be accepted.
FastLane Couriers shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government actions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
